You must provide accurate shipping, billing, and contact details. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, undeliverable, or in violation of these terms. Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking where available) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where enabled for eligible PIN codes. COD attracts an additional fee as shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store full card details on our servers.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges follow the rules published under Policies. Smartphones that have been activated or have broken seals are generally not returnable except for verified DOA/defects with required unboxing evidence.
Coupons, bargain offers, and store credits are subject to their own expiry, usage limits, and eligibility rules. Misuse (including stacking prohibited offers) may void the discount and/or the order.
Site content, product photography we commission, and brand materials remain our property or that of respective rights holders. You may not copy or redistribute catalog content for commercial use without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SAFA Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
